General Findings

- Blood sugar, triglyceride, and cholesterol levels

- Participants taking 15 mL of ACV daily lost 6 to 8 kilograms (13 to 17.6 lbs) in just 12 weeks.

- Blood sugar decreased from 120 mg/dL to 108 mg/dL, and triglycerides dropped significantly.
