Our return policy lasts 30 days. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.
Not every item can be returned. To return an item, it must be as you received it.
It should be unworn or unused. It must be in the original packaging.
You need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items bought at full price can be returned. Items bought on sale or during a promotion cannot be returned.
To start a return, email us at info@oriems.fit.
After we approve your return, we will give you the address of the correct warehouse and service team of your state or city. Return must be sent to this specific address.
We will send you a label for return shipping. We will also send instructions on how to return your package.
DO NOT send items back without getting approved from us first.
If you bought our product from a store or another distributor or seller, please start from where you purchased.
Please note that we only support returns for Oriems.Fit products. Some sellers may offer products from different suppliers and brands. We do not support warranty and returns for these irrelevant products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@oriems.fit.
Memberships & Subscription Cancellation
Memberships and subscription plans are digital services, not physical products, and are therefore not subject to the standard return policy.
Customers are responsible for managing, pausing, downgrading, or cancelling their own memberships through their account dashboard.
Memberships do not cancel automatically, and unused time does not qualify for a refund.
To avoid future charges, memberships must be cancelled before the next billing date.
If a membership is not cancelled before the billing date, the charge for that period remains valid and non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
