Refill Gels and Systemised Pads are both designed to be replaceable.

There are two maintenance options: gel refills and systemised pad replacements.

Gel Refills: The gel on your systemised pads is designed to be refilled.

Simply apply new gel on top of the existing pad when the current gel loses its stickiness or effectiveness.

Systemised Pad Replacement: After multiple gel refills, you may eventually need to replace the entire systemised pad (the base pad itself) for optimal performance.

• Medium pads: Designed for hands, shoulders, ankles, elbows, and other smaller body areas

• X-Large pads: Designed for lower back, upper back, calves, thighs, knees, abdominal area, and other larger body areas

  
  

Maintenance Tips:

• Always cover the gel area with the protective plastic sheet provided after each use

• If gel areas aren't properly covered, they may pick up lint and dirt, reducing their effectiveness

• With proper care, customers can typically use gel refills for several months.

  
  

Customer Usage Patterns:

• Some customers prefer to refill gel every 1-2 months

• Others may replace the entire systemised pad every 6 months.

• The choice between gel refills or full pad replacement depends on your preference and usage frequency.

ORIEMS controllers are designed to use AAA batteries.

Each specialized stimulator controller requires two AAA batteries to operate.

The ORIEMS device automatically turns off after 10 minutes, so two AAA batteries will last you for several months, depending on how frequently you use the product.

• Widely available: AAA batteries can be found at any convenience store, supermarket, or pharmacy

• No charging downtime: Simply swap in fresh batteries and continue using immediately

  
  

The batteries are not included in the package, so you'll need to purchase standard AAA batteries separately before using your device.

Yes, you can exchange your order as long as the items are unworn, in new condition, and the gels are still attached.

You might need to inform us of the tracking number before you ship your item back.

If you do not do this, your order cannot be tracked, and you run the risk of not having a successful exchange!

You will be responsible for the return shipment fees. Please note that Clearance and Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.

We’ll refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return.

Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
