You will need to use the gel pads to start using our EMS products.

After the gel pads don't stick well, it's time to replace new gel pads on systemised pad.

To replace gel pads, users can simply stick new gel pads over old gel pads on systemised pads (removing old gel pads are not necessary).

For each systemised pad , user can have 4 times to put 4 layers of new gel pads before one systemised pad also needs to be replaced.

Gel Pads and Systemised Pads are both designed to be replaceable.

After completing each use always make sure you cover the the gel pads with plastic sheet that comes with it in the package, if the gel pads are not carefully covered, they may stick on the floor and dirty surfaces and won't last long, well caring customers have reportedly use each layer of gel for 2 months before there is a need to replacing new gel pads.

It's up to users to choose the frequency of use and to choose how much care they take on the gel pads, systemised pads and stimulation controller device.

• Contractions of your abdominal muscles during exercise come from your brain or spinal cord. EMS, such as those found in stomach muscle stimulators, bypasses your body's systems and works by delivering electrical current directly to the nerves leading to your abdominal muscles.

• EMS activates contractions in the targeted muscle group. When you perform an abs exercise with the proper technique at a moderate tempo, you contract your muscles several times per minute, according to exercise physiologist Len Kravitz, Ph.D., of the University of New Mexico. EMS devices can increase the contractions up to 500 times per second.

• However, units delivering this level of contraction are approved by the FDA for therapeutic and sports training settings by healthcare professionals. Home-use EMS units in the form of stomach muscle stimulators deliver far fewer contractions — about 150 every 30 minutes. Gel pads that carry the electric current are correctly situated in a belt that gets fastened around the waist.

In the first 2 years after you purchase one of the devices above at the full price , we replace the device for Free. After 2 years, we replace a device for Free within 3  months of any purchase in equivalent value of the full price of the device that needs to be replaced.

Yes, you can exchange your order as long as the items are unworn, in new condition, and the gels are still attached. Just email info@oriems.fit and we can help you.

You will need to be issued an RA number from our Customer Love Team before you ship your item back. If you do not do this, your order cannot be tracked and you run the risk of not having a successful exchange!

You will be responsible for the return shipment fees. Please note Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.

We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return.

Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

All Australian orders are shipped from one of our most conveniently located warehouses in Australia.

All our regular orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. However, it can take up to 15 business days for your item to be shipped.

We strive to minimize fulfilment time for our custom orders as well and usually dispatch made-to-measure orders within 2-4 weeks and bespoke orders within 8-12 weeks. However, due to different nature of all custom orders, it can sometimes take more or even less than the estimated time.
