Contractions of your abdominal muscles during exercise come from your brain or spinal cord.

After completing each use always make sure you cover the the gel pads with plastic sheet that comes with it in the package, if the gel pads are not carefully covered, they may stick on the floor and dirty surfaces and won't last long, well caring customers have reportedly use each layer of gel for 2 months before there is a need to replacing new gel pads.

It's up to users to choose the frequency of use and to choose how much care they take on the gel pads, systemised pads and stimulation controller device.

Many customers usually reorder gel pads every 1-2 months , while other customers may take 6 months before they need new replacement gel pads. The frequency of us is very different from user to user.
