DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We are required by law to state the full value of your order for customs purposes. You may be subject to duties and taxes.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at info@oriems.fit and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can exchange your order as long as the items are unworn, in new condition, and the gels are still attached. Just email info@oriems.fit and we can help you. You will need to be issued an RA number from our Customer Love Team before you ship your item back. If you do not do this, your order cannot be tracked and you run the risk of not having a successful exchange! You will be responsible for the return shipment fees. Please note Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

WHAT IS THE ACTIVEME RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition (with gels still attached) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and email info@oriems.fit. To see full policy, click here. You will be responsible for the return shipment fees.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR FITNESS PROFESSIONALS?

We offer 10% off SITE WIDE for Group Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers. You can apply for a discount by sending a copy of your fitness certificate and ID to info@oriems.fit.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

Yes! We offer wholesale to retailers who have a valid resale license. If you would like to sell our EMS products in your store, please send  info@oriems.fit a copy of your resale license and we will send you our wholesale price sheet.
